Guam Green Growth GROW Corps

The G3 GROW Corps program prepares our community for the emerging green economy with a specific focus on forestry and watershed restoration. G3 is recruiting 6 corps members for a 6-month workforce development program in sustainability. Program runs from July 7, 2025 to January 2, 2026.

COMPENSATION

GROW Corps members will receive up to $1,300 every two weeks.

ELIGIBILITY

  • Must be able to fully commit to a full-time 40-hour per week program for 6 months. G3 GROW Corps members must work together following a weekly schedule that is typically Monday-Friday, 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. During some weeks, the schedule will include mornings, nights, and/or weekends.  

    1. Must be 18 years or older 

    2. Must be a U.S. Citizen, National, or Legal Resident (including COFA)

    3. Must have reliable transportation to and from the University of Guam campus

    4. Must be in good physical condition

    5. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more unassisted 

    6. Must be able to work outdoors in the sun and inclement weather, hike over uneven terrain unassisted, and perform physical/laborious tasks for several hours at a time 

    7. Upon selection, submit police and court clearances, purified protein derivative (PPD) skin test results, and a physical examination form signed by a certified medical provider.
