Tåno Tåsi yan Todu (TTT) is seeking a Conservation Project Manager to support conservation planning and implementation across Guam and the broader Mariana Islands.
Requirements: MS or PhD in a related field and must be based in Guam
Salary: $67,500/year + health insurance and PTO

This is a full-time, grant-funded position based in Guam with field work on Islan Dåno’ (Cocos Island) and occasional travel to the CNMI.
The role focuses on translating ecological science, field knowledge, and community priorities into actionable conservation plans and coordinated projects. Key initiatives include:
Guam Avifauna Management Plan (native bird conservation planning and synthesis)
Islan Dåno’ Brown Treesnake eradication and biosecurity planning and implementation
The position involves working across agencies, NGOs, researchers, and community partners to support ecosystem restoration, species recovery, and long-term stewardship efforts in the Marianas.
Ideal candidates will have experience in:
Conservation planning, ecology, or natural resources
Project coordination across multiple partners
Technical writing (management plans, reports, or protocols)
Island conservation or invasive species management
