Tåno Tåsi yan Todu (TTT) is seeking a Project Director to oversee a grant under the America Ecosystem Restoration Initiative funded by the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation. The selected candidate will work with staff, educators, and traditional practitioners to plan and develop training programs that are foregrounded in indigenous knowledge for future conservationists and environmental workers.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience writing grant proposals and reporting
Experience organizing workshops
Experience collaborating with others as a team
Ability to work remotely
Responsibilities
Develop a logistical infrastructure package that includes health insurance for training programs and paid time off.
Build a partner network of educational institutions, cultural and environmental organizations, and agencies.
Create a plan for a 6-week field course, internships, fellowships, and employer workshops that incorporate the network of partner organizations and agencies
Desired skills
Experience or training in curriculum planning and development
Experience in indigenous knowledge and culture of the Marianas
Experience or training in environmental subjects
Experience with Federal grants
Strong organizational and communication skills
Organizational policy development and process improvement
